世界上没有救世主，没有伟大的救世主，只有能拯救人们灵魂的思想和理论。这就是佛教。

修身者先修心。只要你有善念，那就是佛在你心中；只要你有善行，你就是佛。善良是佛心。只要你身心健康，搞好关系，善待他人，你就能成佛，获得正果。

佛在人间，佛在心中，不在天上。反之，邪念满满，恶心满满，污言秽语，罪行累累，恶贯满盈，就是祸害人间的魔鬼。鬼在人间，鬼在心里，不在地狱。所谓天堂地狱，神佛鬼都在人间。

修行佛法，帮助众生，就是教人保持善念，行善积德，搞好关系。所谓放下屠刀成佛，就是教人控制欲望，化恶为善，向善为善，化恶为善。所以求佛不如求己。

善与恶的区别就是鬼神的区别。修行佛法，不是为了求神灵佛的庇佑，也不是为了死后进入极乐世界，而是为了修身养性，克制自己的欲望，回归仁善，言行一致，与人为善，心存善念，诚心信佛，成为一个好人，一个善良的人，一个真正的人，从而取得正果。
